    New commands:

    • /broadcast - allows admins to send messages to all known users,
    • /support - allows users to send support requests to admins,
    • /welcome - displays a welcome message, configurable by admins.

    Raw message handling:

    Introduced support for raw_messages, enabling message forwarding between chats and integration with external HTTP endpoints.

    Avatar configuration:

    Added the ability to set a custom bot avatar.
